WISHING YOU A HAPPY NEW YEAR!
2023 was an amazing year that held the opening of the official Le Pawsh salon. We feel so grateful to have wonderful clients that have supported us through the ups and downs of opening a business. With 2024 at our feet, we look forward to what this year holds, and seeing all of you on your next visit!
Thank you to everyone for your continued support and kind words. Wishing you happiness and success in the new year!
Introducing the Le Pawsh Team
With the opening of the official Le Pawsh storefront, I have been working to build a humble team that can also provide the service and experience that you have come to expect. There have been many candidates, but it’s rare to find people who are as passionate as we are, ready to continuously further their skill, and can live up to the expectation that is demanded. All team members have been fully trained by myself, and have my full confidence and trust. Though I am still accepting appointments, my schedule availability will be more limited and only allow for existing clients.
Those of you who have booked recently may have noticed a few additional names. I have been trying my best to let everyone know when they come in that these new names are trusted Le Pawsh team members and they can absolutely care for your pup. Jasmine is our lead bather and has been with me for over a year now. She has worked with every one of your dogs at one point or another and is accepting Bath & Brush appointments. Sam is a groomer and the newest addition to our team. She is dedicated and passionate about her craft and would love to work with your pup. She has been with Le Pawsh for a few months now, but has been grooming for a few years. She is accepting Bath & Haircut, Bath & Tidy, and Bath & Brush appointments. Sam has gone through a long training period with me to ensure she can replicate my style. These are our fully trained team members, with their own respective schedules, and we will be adding a couple others shortly, who are currently in training.
I realize that for many of you who have built a trusted relationship with me, it may be a little scary to hand your pup over to someone else. Just know, I’ve worked extremely hard to build a team that has my full trust. My top priority when hiring/training is dog safety and the general attitude of our employees. Next, is getting them up to speed and training them in the Le Pawsh way of doing things. We have a very specific process for bathing, drying, nails, ears, etc. No one is just thrown in to start working when coming to us. We are extremely picky when hiring, and then everyone is put through an extensive training process, to retrain from the ground up, no matter what their experience level is. They also are required to attend a Pet Esthetician Course, as well as Pet CPR/ First Aid training. After that, I am still with them every day checking over their work and overseeing things to ensure our high level of quality. We have changed up pricing so that my pricing is the same as usual - and Sam and Jasmine’s pricing is lower. Their pricing is listed on the website. They offer the exact same service, just at a lower cost, so feel free to take advantage of that!
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out via email or phone. Our business line is operated by all of our employees, not just myself. For those who have been with Le Pawsh for a long time, you may still have my personal number saved - this number is no longer in service, please check to see if you have the correct number saved: (510) 598-5037.
I will only be accepting extra-small to large-sized Bath & Haircut/ Bath & Tidy appointments. I will no longer be accepting x-large and giant-sized dogs onto my schedule as well as Bath & Brush appointments. These services can of course still be booked with Jasmine and Sam! I am also prepping to step away from around May or July for maternity leave. I am confident that while I am away our team will be fully capable of caring for your pets :) Brandon will of course be there while I’m away to oversee salon operations.
Thank you so much for your trust and support! We appreciate all of you so much!
Shelby
With love,
Your friends at Le Pawsh
