All team members have apprenticed under Shelby, owner and ‘Master Stylist.’ With over a decade in the industry, Shelby has crafted and refined her art, creating a look desired by an ever-growing following. The coveted Le Pawsh title of ‘Stylist’ is a clear distinction from the typical title of ‘groomer,’ speaking to the quality, care, and attention to detail we’re known for. We’re proud to be the only salon in the area where all ‘Stylists’ are Certified Professional Groomers.
Shelby, APG
Owner, Master Stylist, & Certified Advanced Professional Groomer
Starting her dog grooming journey over a decade ago, Shelby never once imagined she would end up where she is today. After falling deeply in love with the craft and taking a few significant leaps of faith, she is incredibly proud to say that she now runs her dream salon. In this welcoming space, she and her dedicated team bring out the fancy side of dogs while also advocating for better canine health and overall well-being. Always striving for excellence, Shelby constantly encourages herself and her team to improve and refine their skills to offer the best services possible. She and her husband proudly share their lives with a pup of their own: Theodora “Theo,” a standard poodle who is simply too cute for words. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys filling her days with a variety of activities such as hiking, traveling, photography, trying new and exciting foods, sinking into the couch with a good book or movie, and going on adventures with her husband Brandon, their adorable daughter Eleanor, and, of course, Theodora.
Sam, CPG
Lead Stylist & Certified Professional Groomer
Since Sam was young, animals, especially dogs, have captivated her. Over the years, she has developed a deep appreciation for their unique personalities and charm. Over a decade ago, she stumbled upon the dog grooming industry after taking a part-time reception job at a local salon. This opportunity provided her with valuable experience and sparked and ignited her enduring love and passion for this vibrant industry. In 2020, she took a significant step and officially became a dog groomer. Since then, she has dedicated herself wholeheartedly to honing her craft and delivering the best possible grooming services to all her furry clients. While she enjoys grooming all breeds, doodles hold a special place in her heart and are her favorite to work with. Sam has a delightful dachshund named Pippin, who accompanies her during work hours and occasionally takes on the role of her unofficial "assistant." She has a creative side that she loves to explore through various art forms, including painting and digital art, which allows her to express herself and unwind.
Gaby, CPG
Stylist & Certified Professional Groomer
After dedicating a whole year to her role as a dog bather in a bustling grooming shop, Gaby realized she wanted to take her career further and become a professional groomer. This decision was driven by her desire to unleash her artistic abilities and craft adorable and unique grooms for her furry clients! She enrolled in the IPG-certified Northern California Grooming Academy in San Jose to turn her aspirations into reality, where she honed her skills and techniques. While she genuinely adores all dogs, her energetic and playful Border Collie, Ghost, stands out as her best friend and cherished canine companion. In her leisure time, Gaby enjoys spending quality moments with her family, including their many beloved dogs, and writing and producing short films with her friends.
Paulina, CPG
Stylist & Certified Professional Groomer
Paulina dove headfirst into the vibrant world of pet care back in 2014, where she spent her days grooming dogs (and, on occasion, some cats!) at a dedicated veterinary clinic. After a brief hiatus from grooming to broaden her horizons and explore other personal passions, she realized she couldn’t escape the joy and fulfillment that grooming brought her. In 2020, she eagerly returned to the grooming world, ready to pick up happily where she had left off. Paulina has a genuine love for all dogs, regardless of their shape, size, or unique life story, and she holds a special place in her heart for senior and special needs dogs, who often require a little extra love and care. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending quality time with her partner and their cherished “old man” dog, Dino.
Jasmine

Jasmine’s introduction to this vibrant industry began at a local doggy daycare offering grooming services. One day, she was assigned to bathe a dog and unexpectedly discovered her new passion for working with animals. She finds that the opportunity to work one-on-one with beloved pets provides her with the most rewarding and fulfilling experience she could ever ask for. After graduating from the IPG-certified Northern California Grooming Academy, she is now dedicated to advancing her grooming skills further under Shelby's expert guidance. Jasmine truly loves providing dogs with the love, care, nutrition, and grooming they deserve. Among the various breeds she works with, her favorite dogs to groom are Pomeranians and Doodles. In her time, she enjoys drawing, watching her favorite shows, and relaxing comfortably at home, embracing the tranquility of her surroundings.
Kendal

Kendal’s deep love for animals was first noticed when she was young. Her remarkable ability to make animals feel comfortable, especially dogs, earned her the affectionate nickname “animal whisperer” from her family members. Growing up, she was always the one who would voluntarily take on the task of bathing all her family’s dogs, ensuring they looked their very best. In 2020, Kendal finally realized her long-held dream of becoming a dog groomer. Not long after this pivotal moment, she left her retail job to fully pursue her goal by working at a local grooming shop, where she honed her skills before eventually finding her way to Le Pawsh. Among the many dog breeds she loves, her favorites are doodles, golden retrievers, German Shepherds, and especially Boxers. At home, she has a wonderfully goofy Boxer named Rylee who eagerly accompanies her on various adventures. In her free time, she indulges in her hobbies, which include painting, snowboarding, water skiing, and wake surfing.
Amber
Stylist Assistant
Amber began her lifelong dream of working in the animal world by securing her first job at a local pet pharmacy, where she specialized in dispensing various pet medications and fulfilling essential prescriptions. Over time, she transitioned to a lively doggy daycare, where she actively assisted with various daycare activities, facilitated essential boarding services, and lovingly bathed all the dirty four-legged friends that came her way. Amber has a genuine passion for making dogs look and feel their absolute best, and she harbors aspirations of becoming a professional groomer. She is particularly fond of those dogs that arrive exceptionally dirty but leave looking squeaky clean and incredibly fluffy. In her spare time, Amber enjoys playing various video games and attending to her indoor gardening projects at home, finding joy in nurturing plants and animals.

Brandon
Owner, Dog Trainer, & AKC Evaluator
Brandon is Shelby’s husband and plays a crucial role in managing the “behind the scenes” aspects of the business, mainly focusing on the design side of the salon. Observing Shelby’s craft and passion flourish is truly nothing short of absolutely inspiring, and collaborating with her to bring the incredible vision of Le Pawsh to life is a dream come true for him. In addition to his work at the salon, Brandon also runs Dyad Dog Training, where he dedicates himself to educating dog owners and helping them discover their furry companions’ true potential. At home, he eagerly takes every opportunity to embark on new adventures with Shelby, their adorable daughter Eleanor, and their lovable pup Theo.
Theodora, ‘Theo,’ CGC
Brand Ambassador, AKC Canine Good Citizen, & Therapy Dog
Theo is a standard poodle and proudly serves as the official mascot of perfection, cuteness, and everything Le Pawsh represents. She loves running freely on the beach, feeling the sand beneath her paws, and playing energetically with her favorite toys, including Francis the monkey and Charles the squirrel. In addition to her toy adventures, she enjoys hanging out with her friendly companions and indulging in her favorite pastime of chewin’ on a delicious pig ear! With her bubbly personality, she warmly greets every friend who arrives at the salon for their special spa day. Her dad diligently trains her to be polite and proper while her mom skillfully cuts her hair to ensure she resembles a show dog. However, that doesn’t stop Theo from happily playing in the dirt and getting wonderfully filthy!
