LE TEAM

A shared philosophy drives the Le Pawsh team: elevating the perception of dog grooming as an art form, creating a unique experience for companions and owners, and encouraging holistic approaches to dog health. By using the finest products in the industry and adopting a continuous path of improvement, we pour our passion into every detail of our service, which shines through in the final product.

All team members have apprenticed under Shelby, owner and ‘Master Stylist.’ With over a decade in the industry, Shelby has crafted and refined her art, creating a look desired by an ever-growing following. The Le Pawsh title of ‘Stylist’ is a clear distinction from the typical title of ‘groomer,’ speaking to the quality, care, and attention to detail we’re known for. We’re proud to be the only salon in the area in which all ‘Stylists’ are Certified Professional Groomers.

Shelby and Theodora - Owner of Le Pawsh

Shelby, APG

Owner, Master Stylist, & Certified Advanced Professional Groomer

Starting her dog grooming journey over a decade ago, Shelby never imagined she would end up where she is today. After falling in love with the craft and a few leaps of faith, she is proud to say that she runs her dream salon, where she and her team can bring out the fancy side of dogs while advocating for better canine health. She constantly pushes herself and her team to improve and refine their skill to offer the absolute best. She and her husband have a pup of their own: Theodora “Theo,” a standard poodle that is too cute. Other than work, she enjoys filling her days with hiking, traveling, photography, trying new foods, sinking into the couch, and adventuring with Brandon, their daughter Eleanor, & Theodora.

Sam and Pippin - Stylist at Le Pawsh

Sam, CPG

Lead Stylist & Certified Professional Groomer

Since Sam was young, animals, especially dogs, have captivated her. She stumbled upon the dog grooming industry over a decade ago after taking a part-time reception job at a local salon, where her position ignited her love of this industry. In 2020, she officially became a dog groomer and has since dedicated herself to honing her craft and delivering the best grooming services to all furry clients. While she enjoys grooming all breeds, doodles are her favorite. Sam has a dachshund named Pippin who keeps her company during work and occasionally acts as her unofficial "assistant"! In her free time, she engages in a few different hobbies. She has a creative side that she explores through various art forms, including painting and digital art.

Gabby & Ghost - Stylist at Le Pawsh

Gaby, CPG

Stylist & Certified Professional Groomer

After working as a dog bather for a year in a fast-paced grooming shop, Gaby knew she wanted to become a groomer to release her artistic abilities and create adorable grooms! She learned to groom at the IPG-certified Northern California Grooming Academy in San Jose and has been grooming in the Bay Area ever since. Gaby loves all dogs, but her crazy border collie, Ghost, is her best friend and doggie companion. She enjoys hanging out with her family (including their many dogs) and writing/producing short films with friends in her free time.

Paulina & Dina - Stylist at Le Pawsh

Paulina, CPG

Stylist & Certified Professional Groomer

After diving headfirst into the world of pet care in 2014, grooming dogs (and some cats!) at a veterinary clinic, Paulina took a hiatus from grooming for a few years to broaden her horizons and explore other passions. She soon realized I couldn’t stay away, though, and in 2020, she eagerly returned to the grooming world, ready to pick up where she had left off four years earlier. Paulina loves all dogs, no matter their shape, size, or story, and has a special place in her heart for senior and special needs dogs. In her free time, she likes reading, playing video games, and spending time with her partner and their “old man” dog, Dino.

Jasmine - Bathing Specialist & Stylist Apprentice

Jasmine

Stylist Assistant & Stylist Apprentice

Jasmine’s introduction to this industry was at a doggy daycare that offered grooming services. One day, she was tasked to bathe a dog and found her new passion. She finds that working one-on-one with animals is the most rewarding and fulfilling experience she could ask for and is training to be a professional groomer under Shelby. Jasmine loves giving dogs the love, care, nutrition, and grooming they deserve. Her favorite dogs to work with are Pomeranians and Doodles. She enjoys drawing, watching her favorite shows, and relaxing at home.

Amber

Stylist Assistant

Amber began her lifelong dream of working in the animal world by getting a job at a pet pharmacy, specializing in dispensing pet medications and fulfilling prescriptions. Eventually, she transitioned to a doggy daycare, assisting with daycare activities, facilitating boarding services, and bathing all the dirty four-legged friends. Amber loves making dogs look and feel their best and strives to become a professional groomer one day. She is fond of dogs that arrive exceptionally dirty but leave squeaky clean and incredibly fluffy. She enjoys playing video games and attending various indoor gardening projects at home.

Brandon and Theodora - Owner of Le Pawsh

Brandon

Owner, Dog Trainer & AKC Evaluator

Brandon is Shelby’s husband and runs more of the “behind the scenes” business and design side of the salon. Watching Shelby’s craft and passion blossom is nothing short of absolutely inspiring, and working together to bring the vision of Le Pawsh to life is a dream. Brandon runs Dyad Dog Training, where he educates and shows people their dog’s potential. At home, he takes every opportunity to adventure with Shelby, their daughter Eleanor, and pup Theo.

Theodora ‘Theo,’ CGC

Brand Ambassador, AKC Canine Good Citizen, & Certified Therapy Dog

Theo is a standard poodle and the official mascot of perfection, cuteness, and Le Pawsh. She loves running on the beach, playing with her toys, like Francis the monkey or Charles the squirrel, hanging out with her friends, and chewin’ on a pig ear! She greets every friend who arrives at the salon for their spa day. Her dad trains her to be polite and proper, and her mom cuts her hair to keep her looking like a show dog - that doesn’t stop Theo from playing in the dirt and getting filthy!
