Welcome, MoeGo, Our New Booking System.

We have some exciting news to share — we've made the switch to a new booking system, and we couldn't be more thrilled about what it means for you and your beloved companion.

After many, many months of thoughtful consideration, we have transitioned from Vagaro and decided on MoeGo, a platform designed exclusively for pet grooming. This move allows us to better serve your furry family members with a booking experience tailored specifically to their needs.

Please note that Vagaro is now officially offline, and all existing appointments are being seamlessly transferred to our new system.

Getting Started with MoeGo

All clients will need to create a new account using a primary phone number. Once your profile is set up, you'll be able to:

• Add multiple dogs to your account

• Select each dog's breed and weight for accurate scheduling

• Add an authorized pick-up person

If your pup is a mixed breed, simply select the breed closest in size and coat type, then choose 'Mix.' This helps us ensure every appointment is perfectly tailored to your dog.

Once your account is created, you will receive a text from our new number: (970) 648-8931. This number is also available for you to reach us directly. Our main number, (510) 598-5037, remains the same.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

For the time being, all appointment changes — including reschedules and cancellations — must be handled on our end. Please reach out to us by calling or texting, and we'll take care of everything for you.
