What happens when I drop off my cat?
Every Feline Spa Day appointment begins with an immediate assessment — checking for fleas and evaluating your cat's temperament before service begins. If fleas are found, or your cat is not tolerant of our services, you'll need to pick them up promptly.
How should I prepare?
Your cat must arrive in a carrier, and current rabies and FVRCP vaccination records are required at drop-off.
How long will it take?
Please plan for 1–3 hours, depending on the service, your cat's temperament, and coat condition. We'll notify you when they're 30 minutes from being ready.
